too many open files 报错

看到这种某个程序或sock 打开文件数超出了限制，可以在/etc/security/limits.conf 这个文件中设置某个用户的可打开文件数。

例如：

root   hard   nofile    16384

root    soft   nofile    16384

保存退出。再次登录终端，ulimit -a 可以看到

生效了。
