右键 -> new file -> resources -> strings file
一定要命名为: Localizable.strings
点击这个文件 -> xocde 左侧的shows the file inspector ->localization -> localized.. -> english
点击这个文件 -> xocde 左侧的shows the file inspector ->localization -> localized.. -> chinese(simplified)
