这个问题是由于move_base_msgs功能包缺失引起的，我们可以用rospack find命令尝试去寻找这个功能包

/opt/ros/kinetic/share/move_base_msgs
zn@zn-ThinkPad-R480:~$
因为我已经安装，所以会输出功能包的路径
如果你搜索不到，需要安装此功能包
sudo apt-get install ros-kinetic-navigation
