Weblogic web应用中获取文件的绝对路径

注意点：

1. file必须在/下，或者/WEB-INF/，不能在classes下
2. weblogic中进行如下配置，以获取绝对路径：

    <wls:container-descriptor>

        <wls:show-archived-real-path-enabled>true</wls:show-archived-real-path-enabled>

    </wls:container-descriptor>
