创建密码带有特殊字符的dblink

使用的是data studio，所以末尾不加分号

xxx.xxx.xxx.143是要连接的数据库ip
我的密码中有. 属于特殊字符，必须加""才能通过。
scott是143数据库的用户名，密码是tiger.1

bylw是xxx.xxx.xxx.143的SID

用法：
首选备份表：create table t_wfd_process_info20170918 as select * from t_wfd_process_info
然后删除旧表：delete from t_wfd_process_info
之后将xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx表中的数据塞入本数据库的表中：insert into t_wfd_process_info select * from t_wfd_process_info@link_to_143
