前提：
最近有项目需求，需要对接移动的IMS，移动的对接同事给出了信息：
用户名：[email protected] 密码：123456 （系统导入的号码，默认是123456） 签约号码密码：735xxxx07500750，735xxxx是签约号码
asterisk 的注册串标准格式：
register => fromuser@fromdomain:secret:authuser@host:port/extension
根据提供的信息得到:
fromuser： +86750735xxx（一定要有+号）
fromdomain：ims.gd.chinamobile.com
用户名和密码：
user: 867507352298(去掉+）
密码：735xxxx07500750。
host:
10.216.1.1
port: 5060
context: incoming (自己设定（ extension.conf中存在的））
最后在 sip.conf的注册串是：
register = [email protected]:735229807500750:[email protected]@10.216.1.1:5060/incoming
