下载必要文件

• Python

• Microsoft Visual C++ Compiler for Python 2.7

• setuptools

安装Python

安装VCForPython27

在命令行下安装setuptools,指定参数 python ez_setup.py --insecure

然后,升级版的setuptools就会自动识别到Microsoft Visual C++ Compiler for Python 2.7的路径了
