I just want to check whether there is any outage when the script action is initiated and monitoring begins? I have some live Kafka clusters and I can't cause an outage when I do this so just want to double check.

I would recommend testing on a development cluster before deploying it to production.

That being said, I tried deploying the solution myself and it only took 3 seconds. I do not know what is going on under the hood with the solution, but it seems very light weight to install.
