A lot of users complain about getting an error c101a7d1 while trying to install the last update for a paid version of Monetal. App rating in the Store got many 1-star rates. Even I got this error and had to pay second time. I searched the web and this forum but couldn't find a clue what is a matter of this error. And the main question - does the Microsoft know about it? Is there something I can do to help investigate this error? Shall I contact support by tech ticket?
