is there a way to escalate/track or follow up on the approval of rules with Verizon Premium CDN? Depending on the day it is taking from 10 mins to 14 hours (and still counting). Does Azure team have direct communication with Verizon support and can follow up on our requests or at least provide the end user a way to contact Verizon CDN support directly.

I understand today is non-working day but still this is unacceptable since we can't plan any changes when we don't have a deterministic way to know when and if our changes will be applied any time soon.
