使用其他国家/地区的信用卡续订我的开发中心帐户

问题描述

我想续订来自印度的开发中心帐户。但我希望通过使用新加坡信用卡进行续订，该卡具有国际有效性，但如果该付款将在付款页面中起作用，则帐单地址的国家名称
不能从印度更改为其他国家。

 所以，如果可以使用除印度以外的国家/地区的信用卡进行开发中心帐户续订，那就是我的具体查询。

Hi,

I wanted to  renew my dev Center Account which is from India . But I wanted to renew it by Using the Credit Card of Singapore ,the card has international validity ,but If that payment will work as in the payment page the billing address's country name cant be changed from India to other country.

 so if that is possible to use credit card of country other than India for dev center account renewal??,that is my specific query .
