When I use EE I encode my audio using the VBR unconstrained method. However, sometimes that returns to me a "Bad audio profile selected" message, at which point I switch to VBR Quality. The bad audio profile message is NOT the issue, however.

My issue is what dictates the output bitrate when you choose VBR Quality. For example, if I have a file with an 800kbps audio bitrate and I choose to encode it to VBR Quality with a quality level of 98, it outputs ~100kbps. I just want to know why there's the incredible discrepancy here.
