我需要创建一个应用程序，它可以从连接到DVR的摄像机视频中捕获图像。 （例如：当我点击特定的btn时，应该将图像保存到我的客户端计算机，该图像应该从特定的摄像头拍摄，最后一张图像与DVR相关）

I need to create an application which can take an image capture from a video of a camera which Is connected to a DVR. (Ex: when I click on a specific btn an image should be saved to my client computer, that Image should be taken from a specific camera and this last one Is related to a DVR)

Would you please help me to do this? I have tried to do research but with no success..
