无法安装Sharepoint helpcollection

问题描述

我无法安装sphelp集合，我按照社交technet上的所有步骤进行了操作但没有任何反应

运行后的
  Install-SPHelpCollection - All 命令我等了几个小时甚至几天但是 

Get-SpHelpCollection不会为我返回任何内容，我会淡化下一步应该做什么。

请帮助

Hi,

I am not able to install sphelp collection, i followed all the steps which given at social technet but nothing happen

after running  Install-SPHelpCollection – All  command i waited for few hours even few days but 

Get-SpHelpCollection returns nothing for me, i fade up what should i do next.

Please help
