与其他许多人一样，我遇到过Hyper-V导致启动失败问题，目前处于放弃的边缘。在我这样做之前，有没有什么方法可以在没有Hyper-V / Emulator的情况下设置VS13？也就是说，我自己有一个运行Windows 8

Like many others, I've faced the Hyper-V causes boot failure issue and currently am at the brink of giving up. Before I do, is there any way I can setup VS13 without the Hyper-V/Emulator thingy? That is, I have a windows phone myself that runs Windows 8 and it's developer unlocked, so can I simply VS13 without it's Hyper-V/Emulator feature and then run my apps on my phone whenever it's needed? Will VS13 allow me to install it without its Emulator?

If you are re-installing VS13, WP8 check boxes are unchecked by default.
