vs2017 建立的项目，在项目目录 ，执行
dotnet publish -r ubuntu.15.04-x64
dotnet publish -r linux-x64
dotnet publish -r osx-x64
dotnet publish -r ubuntu-x64
dotnet publish -r centos-x64
会把所需要的dotnet core所有dll打包。不需要另外安装dotnet core sdk
