一、编码问题：让其支持UTF-8格式

　　修改tomcat中server.xml

 Connector port="" protocol="org.apache.coyote.http11.Http11Protocol"

                 maxThreads=""

                 minSpareThreads=""

                 maxSpareThreads=""

                 acceptCount=""

                connectionTimeout=""

                redirectPort="" URIEncoding="UTF-8" />

     A "Connector" using the shared thread pool

二、访问tomcat软链接文件中的内容：

因为Tomcat默认是不允许软连接的。

以Tomcat7.0.50为例：

修改tomcat安装目录 / conf目录下的：context.xml文件

 <!-- The contents of this file will be loaded for each web application -->

 <Context allowLinking="true">

 在这行里面加上 allowLinking="true" 属性就可以了
