当我从inetpub文件夹中打开一个项目时，它给我一个错误；当我单击application.sin文件时，它向我显示了这样的错误:

when I am opening a project from my inetpub folder it is giving me an error and when I click on application.sin file it shows me that error like this:

Exception message:
  Value does not fall within the expected range.
