I get error while creating test cases from an Assembly of Automated Tests Using tcm.exe. The same command works fine and updates existing test cases so this is definitely not a permission issue. Could someone please help with this error. I have huge list of test cases (500+) for which I dont want to create test cases manually.

Error: They_can_onboard_a_partner TF237086: The work item cannot be saved because at least one field contains a value that is not allowed.
