I submitted our driver for attestation signing on Friday, Sep 2, and it went up to "Step 5/10" "Validating HCK/HLK Submission Package" in some minutes. Since then, it's hung, no progress. It's four days now. Does it usually take that long? Did we do something wrong? Is there any way to get more feedback? The Submission ID is 1889454.
