Is there a way to prevent users from deleting comments added either to a line of code or to the Discussion section of a GIT Pull Request in TFS 2015? It appears that reviewers can delete the comments of other reviewers which makes it possible for the person who opened a Pull Request to add themselves as a reviewer, delete any comments made on their own Pull Request, and then remove themselves as a reviewer. There is no evident history of these actions either.

It also appears that owners of a Pull Request can change the "Status" of comments made by other people associated with specific lines of code to "Resolved". This doesn't seem like it should be allowed by anyone but a reviewer.
