我们遇到了问题。在提交UWP App更新到商店之前，我们已经在WACK 10.0本地检查了它并且它已通过。
但是认证失败了WACK（请参见下面的截图）。
出于某种原因，认证使用WACK 15.1，这对于开发人员来说是不可用的。
WACK因清单中的图标有一些奇怪的问题而失败（请参见下面的屏幕截图）。

Hello everyone!
We have faced with issue. Before submit update of UWP App to store we have checked it locally with WACK 10.0 and it passed.
However it failed WACK on certification (please see the screenshot below).
For some reason Certification uses WACK 15.1 which is not available for developers.
It fails WACK with some strange issue with icons in manifest (please see the screenshot below).
We haven't change it for a last month, while we have submitted a dozen of updates.
What I am asking you is to help to identify and solve the issue and/or provide with WACK 15.1.
