We have a 4 servers farm that worked fine up to some time ago.
recently, it takes up to a minute to load pages. First and consequent. Sometimes it shows "HTTP Error 404. The requested resource is not found." and you have Ctrl F5 to reload.
I stopped all Distributed cache and did
"netsh int tcp set global rsc=disabled"
I also tested the connection from the 2 web front end servers to SQL and it is fine.
What can the problem be?
