I am new to Programming world, i am creating a sample code for Personnel Information, where i have to upload employee''s photograph. I have surfed www.google.com for this question but unfortunately i am not able to understand their intent as they are using multiple ways for giving answers, according to their view.
I want someone please send me a sample code for uploading image to sql server 2005, and fetching that image to employee form using vb.net 2005. Please use simple and understandable code, also explain the code.
