I am building a Visual Studio 2010 solution containing a Setup project, but it is complaining about not finding some prerequisites:
WARNING: Could not find prerequisite 'Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86)' in path 'c:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SDKs\Windows\v7.0A\Bootstrapper\'
WARNING: Could not find prerequisite 'Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Service Pack 1 Redistributable Package ATL Security Update (x86)' in path 'c:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SDKs\Windows\v7.0A\Bootstrapper\'
The prerequisites for the setup project are set to ""Download prerequisites from the same location as my application".
The solution was developed on another computer a couple of years ago which I no longer have access to so I cannot check what was in its'c:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SDKs\Windows\v7.0A\Bootstrapper\ folder.
I believe the missing sub-folders might be called vcredist_2005sp1_x86and vcredist_2005sp1_atl_x86, but have no idea how they were created on the machine where the VS2010 solution was originally developed. I have looked at other computers that have VS2005, VS2008 and VS2010 installed, and none has them?
What I need to know is, what I need to install on my computer to get the relevant bootstrapper packages.
I would appreciate any help on this as I have spent hours looking through forums and the internet without finding an answer.
