I want to create an application in which, as soon as a customer dials a number, his information should be retrieved and displayed on the screen and from that info, get his account details and divert the call to his account manager. Here, I don't have any hardware available yet and possibly it can take time one to arrive. How can I create and test this application without it ? Are there any emulators kind of thing available for testing UC applications ? Is there any other way or Technology I can cretate this application in? Please let me know. Waiting for your kind reply.
