downloaded the Hotfix to correct license corruption issue. when downloaded the zip file extraction occurs. But nothing improves on opening expression 4. Are there more steps to do? Very frustrating.

I will say that unzipping a file doesn't run anything, so if there is something that needs to be executed, do it. Surely there were instructions on the page you downloaded it from?
