对于SharePoint 2013，配置了基于表单的身份验证. 5次失败尝试后，帐户锁定不起作用.检查配置文件.

For SharePoint 2013, Form based authentication is configured. Account lock is not working after the 5 unsuccessful attempts. Checked the Configuration file. It seems to be ok.
