Hi I am trying to access Magento Rest Api through http://magentostore/api/rest. But I am getting response

You will need to adjust your .htaccess file.
第12行取消注释Options -Multiview
这会关闭Multiview，您的其余api应该可以正常工作.
This turns off Multiview and your rest api should work.
