Windows手机没有Windows商店

我有一个适用于BB和Android的应用程序（java）我把它移植到了Windows 8的
手机上。为了让它在win手机上工作并测试它，我不得不跳过相当多的箍，但它正在工作等等。事情是我不能指望最终用户也这样做。

该应用程序是云服务的"前端"，要求最终用户在使用该应用程序之前成为订阅者。我不想把它放在Windows商店，因为我知道我会得到人（非订阅者） 
下载它发现他们无法使用它然后严重评级。

我的主要问题是我无法找到答案：我可以用某种方式打包应用程序安装程序，允许最终用户只需下载和安装，而无需将其放在商店？

Hi All

I have an application (java) that works on BB and Android and I have ported it to Windows 8
phone. In order to get it to work on the win phone and test it I have had to jump through quite a few hoops but it is working etc. The thing is I cannot expect end users to do the same.

The app is a "front end" for a cloud service that requires the end user to be a subscriber before they can use the application. I don't want to put it on the windows store because I know I will get people (non subscribers)  downloading it finding they cannot use it and then rating it badly.

My main question and I cannot find an answer to this is: Can I package the app with some kind of an installer that allows the end user to just download and install without having to put this on the store?
