i am using windows 8.1
i have installed Visual Studio 2013
i have installed Visual Studio 2012 Too

i'm trying to Install windows phone 8 SDK "i know that VS 2013 has implicitly Windows Phone 8 SDK, but i need it to be installed with VS 2012."

when i tried to do that, this error  appears:

  A required certificate is not within its validity period when verifying against the current system clock or the timestamp in the signed file.

i have changed the time of my PC, but the same problem appears.
