I need help here. We have a farm with 2 WFE servers that are not load balanced
WFE 1 FQDN> sharepointprod1.ourdomain.com

WFE 2 FQDN > sharepointprod2.ourdomain.com

The 2 WFE are in different IP subnets. Our intranet has been running on sharepointprod1.ourdomain.com but we recently failed over to sharepointprod2.ourdomain.com, since then all emails get stuck in DROP folder in sharepointprod1.ourdomain.com.
