I have a memo field that when used adds a new line (carriage return) and a date stamp every time I had some new text to the field.  However, when I try to extract the text from the memo field with a query - for a report, it only displays the first line of text.  That is, if the memo field looks like this:

Line 1 text (date)

Line 2 text (date)

Line 3 text (date)

And when I run a query, all I get is: Line1 text (date

It won't extract line 2 or 3, and for that matter won't display the last ")".

How do I get around this?
