If I have for 2 VMs with 4vcpus and 128 standard HDD storage in an Azure region e.g. Canada East and if I'm looking at having a BCDR scenario with ASR to replicate data to another region e.g. Canada Central, do I need to take into consideration the compute and storage prices for the 2 VMs in the Canada central region when a fail-over happens?
