有什么建议吗?
如果必须重新加载Windows Mail，如何在不重新加载整个Windows的情况下做到这一点?

Hi,
Whether just browsing online or typing offline ... or not doing anything at all!!....my mail loads constantly - it really is annoying to have the mail window come up over the page I am working on.
Any advice?
If I have to reload windows mail, how do I do that without reloading the whole of windows??
