i已在我的家用电脑上安装了Windows 7操作系统，并且未安装服务。每当我尝试执行installutil命令时，它都会向我显示回滚事务的错误...

i have created a windows service application in asp.net for mail sending and it create, installed and works perfectly in win xp os but
i have installed window 7 os at my home pc and service is not getting installed. whenever i trying to perform installutil command it shows me an error of rollback transaction...
