I'm getting an account lockout error when trying to add the VM to the Azure domain.  I'm able to add a Windows 10 PC to the same domain and login with the account I'm using to try to add the server.  My account is not locked out.

The Azure AD and VM are on different subnets, and I've added the DNS servers to the VM.  I've followed this guide: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory-domain-services/active-directory-ds-admin-guide-join-windows-vm-portal
