想知道在wcf服务中设置基本地址的规则是什么.当我将默认基本地址更改为我的首选地址时，会出错并回滚到以前的正常工作.

want to know what are the rules for setting the base address in the wcf service.when iam changing the default base address to my preferred address giving error and rollback to previous one working fine .

You have to give base uri as base address in wcf service. The relative address will be in your endpoint.
One more thing which you have to note is you can have only one base address per binding/protocol.
