I created a SharePoint list using InfoPath to improve the Interface. Previously I have used OData to capture the columns using Tableau. However, ever since I used InfoPath I am not able to get the List using the OData REST endpoints

I'd double check that the list actually published to SharePoint and if it is try to get it by the GUID instead of the title

To find the GUID of the list go to https://SERVER/_api/web/lists then do a ctrl f for the name of your list and look through all that XML for the ID.
