Anyone know how Windows IoT Core build 17763 can be made to work with 2GB of RAM?

We have a previous version of the board that has 1GB and the BSP works just fine. The new version of the board was upgraded to 2GB of RAM and "Windows Boot Manager" stops with "Status: 0xc000000d" and "Info: An unexpected error has occurred.".

We also have an old Windows IoT Core build 10586 that works fine in both boards, the one with 1GB as well as the new one with 2GB.

Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated.
