我今天注册了免费订阅，但尚未收到任何确认.当我尝试创建一个机器学习工作室工作区时，它说要注册订阅并建议免费的订阅，但是当我单击链接时，它会显示消息 我已经有免费订阅了..有一种方法可以知道我的订阅状态或发出新请求?

I signed up for the free subscription today, i haven't received any confirmation yet. When i try to create a machine learning studio workspace it says to signup for a subscription and suggests the free one, but when i click on the link it shows the message that i already have a free subscription..there is a way to know what is the status of my subscription or to make a new request?
