How are you supposed to get arroung Windows Defender with VISTA to develop applications? I have an application with a monitor that works fine with Defender Off. I have it digtally signed and I made the permissions so that any user can run it. But when I turn Defender back on it crashed the program with defender pointing to the \ProgramData\ Folder saying insuffecient permissions. How are you supposed to get around Defender?
