I have re-setup MailEnable and found out that SMTP Port 25 Blocked on Azure VM, <g class="gr_ gr_56 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del" data-gr-id="56" id="56">so <g class="gr_ gr_125 gr-alert gr_tiny gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling multiReplace" data-gr-id="125" id="125">i</g></g> am not able to send emails in and out of the server to external server, 

Not sure how to enable Port 25 on that Virtual Machine
