我尝试每年使用Microsoft流程发送电子邮件通知。
I am trying to send email notification Yearly once using Microsoft flow.
但是我在向用户发送电子邮件时遇到了问题。
But I am having issue in sending a email to user.
当我使用电子邮件ID时，我收到错误消息，例如
when I give use email id I am getting error message like

Please troubleshoot your issue as following:

Whether if the mailboxes have not been migrated to O365, you still use a dedicated exchange server.
邮箱是否拥有正确的许可证。
Whether the mailbox have the correct license.
