Hello ,
I am the author of some Apps , for one of these apps I used the pubcenter and Microsoft ad control to see if it would generate some revenue .
My app is now in the store , but I only see a few downloads while I target all windows Phone versions and the app is free ( with ads ) so I thought lets promote this App , as I had seen the "Promote my Windows Phone App" button ., ready to spend some Euro`s for a campaign I found that it is for me impossible to start a Ad campaign for my App as I am a European citizen ! ?
I think it is a bit odd that my Apps can serve ads , but if I want to promote my own Apps this is not possible ,, while I do have a Mastercard in my possession and I am verified by Microsoft ( as I have a verified Developers account ) ... Could you please give me the option to give my apps a equal chance as US based developers to let me spend some money and promote my apps ?
