Hello,

I am using Visual Studio 2015 and since I have switched from 2013 to 2015 I notice that if I open my solution (admin) and go in the menu Build>Build Solution I end up half of the time with a popup window that said that the Operation could not be completed.

However, if I open the Dev console and hit msbuild for the solution, this one work. So, the problem seems to be with VS2015.

The short term solution is to close Visual Studio 2015, re-open it (again as admin). Sometime I have to it twice.

Any idea?
