Hey I am having an issue with sharepoint I dont really understand. It is most likely an issue within SharePoint. I have set up sharepoint on a server on its own network. I have set up sql on its own subnet. I have added forward rules to the firewall to allow traffic from the internet which really isnt the internet but to the firewall it is. I will try to explain better below how this is set up. Now the problem I am having is if I try to access sharepoint from behind the firewall using http:\\servername\sites\mysite it works fine the url that comes back is http://servername/sites/mysite/_layouts/15/start.aspx#/SitePages/Home.aspx.

Now when I try and do this from outside the firewall and I go to http:\\serverIP\sites\mysite I get the login and it goes to the following page http://serverIP/sites/mysite/_layouts/15/start.aspx#/SitePages/Home.aspx. Instead of getting sharepoint though I get error 404 file not found. Now network wise I dont kow what could be causing this. I thought it might be the firewall but I created a rule saying ANY-->sharepoint server --> ANY SERVICE. SO firewall wise this should work. Below is how the network is setup.
Internet-> CableModem-内部IP:192.168.0.0/24-> CheckPoint防火墙内部子网192.168.10.0/24& 192.168.20.0/24->共享点192.168.20.101-> SQL 192.168.10.101->
Internet --> CableModem - Internal IP:192.168.0.0/24 --> CheckPoint Firewall Internal subnets 192.168.10.0/24 & 192.168.20.0/24 --> Sharepoint 192.168.20.101 --> SQL 192.168.10.101 -->
一切正常，来自192.168.10和20.但是来自外部，即192.168.0.0/24，我得到该文件404 not found错误.有想法吗?
everything works fine coming from 192.168.10 and 20. but coming from externally which is 192.168.0.0/24 I get that file 404 not found error. Any ideas?
