我遇到了网络服务问题。服务器上安装了SOAP Web服务，通过Web调度程序将数据传输到其他服务器。从最近几天开始，数据没有转移，但服务正在正常运行。更改服务器上的防病毒后，此问题就开始了，但现在防病毒软件已被删除，防火墙也已关闭，但问题仍然存在。还有一件事是服务器上有一个用户帐户是管理员帐户，但现在还有一个帐户。请在这个问题上提出建议。
I am facing a problem with web service. There is a SOAP web service installed on a server which transfers data to some other server through web scheduler. From last few days data is not getting transferred but service is running properly. This problem started after changing the antivirus on server, but now the antivirus has been removed, firewall is also off but still the problem persists. One more thing is earlier there was one user account on server which was Administrator account but now there is one more account. Please suggest on this issue.
