We certainly understand your concern. Since CSP subscriptions are not purchased from Microsoft directly as it is purchased via partners hence there is no direct support from Microsoft for CSP customers. You have to reach out to Microsoft support through partners only. You can get it clarified with your partner and ask him to create a support ticket and provide your contact details so that you can be contacted directly only in case on technical issues. Issues related to pricing & billing is not shared with the customers directly via Microsoft. You will have to contact the partner for better assistance.
