I took over a position that included data entry on Access 2007 running on Windows XP but the original database was created by someone no longer working here and no one else here knows how to use it.I enter information concerning students and class attendance/grades. Up until about a week ago, I had no issues with it at all saving and backing up. I went to backup the database last week and it started giving me an ''Error 3021 - no current record'' message. I read the help file and have poured over Access forums to try and resolve the situation but as I said, I am completely an end user and all the programmer speak was WAY over my head...lol.I have no idea where to even begin to look for an empty recordset or where the EOF and BOF would be located.If anyone could please advise, it would be very appreciated. That removes all the ideas that I had.
